Lake Keowee is a man-made reservoir located in South Carolina. It was developed to serve the needs of power utility and public recreational purposes. It is approximately 26 miles long, 3 miles wide, with an average depth of 54 feet. It’s located approximately 800 feet above sea level.

Lake Keowee has a generally sloping rocky bottom along with man made objects spread around a wide area. Lake Keowee also has freshwater bass, Crappie, Bluegill and yellow perch.
