On the east side of the Island a small bay just south of Tanote bay. This dive site can be reached by boat from the west side of Koh tao taking around 1 hour or can be shore-dived straight from the beach.
Many species of all common marine life found around koh tao and if you are lucky you might spot a Cobia swimming by.
