Les Petites Eponges

★★★★★ (65)

Les petites éponges is a gigantic plateau in front of Villeneuve lès Maguelone cathedral. It's made of a pile of rocks, one on top of the other, ranging in depth from 10 to 6 metres. There are plenty of holes for digging.

The holes on the site are teeming with sars. There are conger eels, lobsters, octopus and lots of nudibranchs. The site is also home to moray eels, which are rare in the region.
