Ras Umm Sid
★★★★☆
(441)
Ras Umm Sid takes its name from the promontory on the site; on it is a wonderful white lighthouse, EL FANAR, in Arabic. You can do this dive either from the beach or from the boat. Pay particular attention to the currents in the proximity of the white stake visible from the outside.
Ras Umm Sid is characterised by extensive gorgonian fans, between 18 and 25 m, which are home to numerous hawkfish and lion fish. There are also alcyonarians and porous corals.
