Sandycove
Shallow training site. Sandy bottom. Sheltered from most wind directions. It,s not very tidal except on big spring tides. The shallowest part is closest to the slip going from about 1m to 10m.
Sandy bottom with lots of sand eels. Lots of small micro life eg crabs, hermit crabs and small fish. Up closer to the pier we have lots of micro life in the weed.
