20min from Jesselton point public jetty. Arrive Sapi Island (TARP) boat dive is the best but it can also entry from the shore. Make sure choose the right dive centre to dive with. Make sure dive pro hold legal and valid license.

Beautiful garden eel, friendly puffer and some reefs fishes. Some beautiful coral but reefs is exhausted.
