Shaab Maksour is big Reef and similar to Elphinstone Reef. It is a huge reef contains 2 plateaus, one north and one south, both are fully covered with soft and fan corals. Drop offs are on each side of the reef. Mid reef in west side is a small lagoon.
Sharks - manta rays - moray eels - blue spotted stingray - anthias - scorpionfish - nemo clownfish - slugs - lionfish - moray eels.
