A unique boat dive around Port Phillip’s 19th-century artificial island, where bluestone slopes, boulders, jetty structure and seagrass descend to about 12 m. The site blends military history with a rich, compact reef habitat.
Kelp, sponges and soft corals support octopus, cuttlefish, stingrays, crabs, reef fish and occasional fur seals; excellent for reef exploration, photography and history-focused diving.
