U-455
The U-455, launched in 1941, was a German submarine built for service during World War II. It was discovered in very deep water, it is almost certain that she was sunk in 1944 southeast of Genoa by a mine. She is 67 meters in length and sits between 110 - 120 meters. The dive is considered extremely challenging.
The whole structure is colonized by a very rich life made of oysters, anemones and micro-organisms that cover every part of the hull, surrounded by colorful anthias clouds.
