Advanced Freediving

This program combines online training, pool/confined water sessions and open water dives to get you comfortable and confident freediving in no time. Once certified, you will be able to freedive with a buddy in open water to a maximum depth of 20 meters and discover a variety of underwater ecosystems around the world.

Take your freediving to the next level with the advanced course. In this course, you’ll learn the Frenzel equalization technique. You’ll also complete training to improve your technique, body position, and body awareness; refine your finning technique; and work on increasing your static apnea time to 2:30 and your dynamic apnea distance to 50 m, so you can achieve these goals comfortably and safely. This course also prepares you to dive to depths between 20 and 30 meters.
