Discover with us one of the most fascinating dives in the Mediterranean Sea at Banco di Santa Croce, a majestic shoal in the Gulf of Naples that rises from a depth of about 50 m to 9 m, offering an underwater environment of extraordinary biodiversity and spectacularity. This dive site, among the most frequented and appreciated, is characterized by seabeds rich in life: walls covered with colorful gorgonians and sponges, extensive colonies of parazoanthus and an abundance of fauna that varies with the seasons. In summer, schools of sardines, hunting tuna and snapper, eagle rays and large resident groupers can be seen. With the arrival of harsher weather, the shallows come alive with catshark eggs among the gorgonians, conger eels, musdee and gerardia savaglia. Outings are organized by day or weekend dinghy dives, with the possibility of underwater video and finswimming exercises. The depth level and characteristics of the site make it suitable for certified divers of different levels, from Advanced Open Water Diver on up; the variety of species and underwater scenarios guarantees an unforgettable experience for those who love to explore the seabed.
