Basic Freediver

In this entry level program, you will learn everything you need to freedive with a buddy in pool/confined water to a maximum depth of 5 meters. This program combines online training with practical in-water sessions to give you all the knowledge and skills you need. Upon completion of the program, you will earn your SSI Basic Freediver certification.
