Basic Freediver
The SSI Basic Freediver Course is your first step into the peaceful and exhilarating world of freediving. In this entry-level program, you will learn how to freedive safely with your fellow divers in a pool/ confined water area up to 5 meters deep. Through a combination of online training and in-water practice sessions, you will gain all the skills and knowledge you need to become a confident freediver. Upon completion of this program, you will earn your SSI Basic Freediver Certification.
