The CCR Extended Range course is the ideal introductory course for experienced open-circuit (OC) divers in the technical diving field who want to increase their depth limits and bottom times, or the next step after your CCR Diving course.
You perform decompression dives with your rebreather up to a decompression time of 10 minutes.
We’ll teach you all the skills you need to safely perform decompression dives to a depth of 40 m using air as a diluent. As an upgrade, you can use a trimix with a maximum helium content of 20% and a minimum oxygen content of 21% as a diluent down to a depth of 45 m, which reduces the narcotic depth. This will earn you the CCR Extended Range Trimix certification.
