The Dive Guide program is the first step on an exciting journey. Learn to safely lead certified divers in various environments and conditions. By giving dive briefings, doing site evaluations, and leading dives, you will become a confident Dive Guide in no time. Begin your diving career working as a Professional Dive Guide or continue the qualifications for Divemaster.

As a Nitrox diver, you can increase your bottom dive times and safety margin, as well as shorten your surface dives - so you can spend more time diving and less time waiting! In this program, you will learn new skills and increase your diving knowledge as you learn how to plan and dive safely using enriched air mixtures containing up to 40% oxygen. Upon completion, you will receive your SSI Enriched Air Nitrox (EAN) 32% or 40% certification.

This globally recognized certification program is the best way to begin your lifelong adventures as a certified scuba diver. Personalized training is combined with in-water practice sessions to ensure you have the skills and experience required to become truly comfortable underwater. You will earn the SSI Open Water Diver certification.

A perfect SSI buoyancy specialty is the best way to improve your buoyancy and get the most out of every dive. Buoyancy is an essential diving skill, but any diver will tell you that mastering it takes time. The Perfect Buoyancy Specialty will teach you advanced buoyancy skills and techniques, so you can master buoyancy more quickly and enjoy more relaxing diving adventures. In this great program, you'll also learn new skills that protect the environment and lend themselves to any diving situation. Upon completion, you will receive the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification. With better buoyancy skills, you'll soon be able to easily hover and take the underwater photos you've been dreaming of!

If you can't decide which specialty programs are best for you, join the SSI Advanced Diver Program! With this program, you can try out a variety of specialties before committing to full specialty programs. It's a great way to experience what advanced diver training is all about and how important it is to your diving adventures. During the Advanced Adventurer program, you will experience 5 different specialties. You will complete one open water dive for each specialty after a thorough briefing with your SSI instructor. With this experiential program in specialty diving, you'll have complete freedom to explore. You can complete the full specialty programs at any time in the future and give credit towards your advanced adventurer training.

The SSI Deep Diving Specialty will teach you everything you need to dive to depths between 18 and 40 meters, through a combination of academic sessions and open water diving. You will learn to plan and safely complete your deep diving adventures and use computers and gas consumption calculations to get the most out of your deep dives. Upon completion, you will receive your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore beautiful deep dive sites wherever you choose. This SSI specialty is also a prerequisite for some advanced training, making it the next logical step to take in your diving education.
