The Independent Diving program is not intended to discourage you from continuing to enjoy diving as a buddy sport, but rather to prepare you for situations in which you may be separated from your buddy. Nevertheless, after this very intensive course you will be able to plan and carry out dives as a solo diver. In the theory part, we will discuss the necessary technical requirements and emergency measures and emphasize the special features of dive planning and air management. In the pool, we will carry out safety-related exercises with the necessary independent diving equipment and simulate emergency situations and the correct behavior in these. The course concludes with two "guided" open water dives, which are planned, prepared and carried out entirely by you.
