SSI Dive Guide & Divemaster Norway Diving Center The SSI Dive Guide and Divemaster programs are the first professional-level training courses for certified divers who want to develop leadership skills and work in a professional diving environment. These programs focus on dive planning, diver supervision, safety management, and professional-level diving skills, and are conducted in accordance with SSI international standards. What You Will Learn Planning and leading guided dives Supervising certified divers during open water dives Risk assessment and safe decision-making Advanced buoyancy, trim, and propulsion techniques Assisting SSI instructors during training activities Who Is This Program For? Divers planning a career as dive professionals Divers who want to gain experience guiding certified divers Candidates aiming to continue toward SSI Instructor training Prerequisites Minimum SSI Advanced Adventurer (or equivalent) Stress & Rescue certification (or equivalent) Required number of logged dives according to SSI standards Valid medical statement for diving Why Train in Norway? Cold-water and real environmental conditions help develop discipline, situational awareness, and strong problem-solving skills essential qualities for professional divers worldwide.
