Who is the Try Mermaid program for?
The Try Mermaid program is designed for people who want to try mermaiding for the first time, whether they’re simply curious about the experience or are considering taking it up more regularly in the future.
The session is suitable for adults and children ages 12 and up.
A good level of comfort in the water is necessary to fully enjoy the experience. Participants must be able to swim with their head underwater and cover 25 meters without touching the side of the pool.
After the Try Mermaid
At the end of the session, participants will have gained their first hands-on experience with the activity and may, if they wish, continue to practice mermaiding regularly or explore the SSI Mermaid certification program.
The Try Mermaid program allows participants to discover the sport before committing to a more comprehensive training course.
