In the refresher course, you repeat and practise the diving skills from your Open Water Diver program under the guidance of an SSI professional. However, a scuba skills update is not only a relaxed way of refreshing your diving skills, but often also a prerequisite for resuming diving training after a break. If you don't want to worry about your skills on your diving vacation and would rather enjoy the underwater world instead, take the course shortly before your trip. The SSI Extended Range Nitrox course provides you with a thorough introduction to the concepts, techniques and procedures required when planning decompression dives with Nitrox. Designed as a stand-alone program or as a stepping stone to becoming an SSI Extended Range Diver, this enriched air diving course teaches the fundamental skills for all future technical courses. It prepares the diver to plan and execute dives with decompression limits to a maximum depth of 40 meters using an XR sidemount or dual unit. In addition, this advanced Nitrox course teaches you the techniques and procedures for using breathing gases up to 50% oxygen for decompression.

The Dive Guide course is the first step on an exciting journey, learning to safely guide certified divers in a variety of environments and conditions.
