The SSI Science of Diving Specialty course provides you with a comprehensive understanding of the underwater world and its effects on the human body. The course is the foundation for most SSI Professional courses as well as some Extended Range courses and is an essential part of deepening your diving knowledge. Become an instructor and live your passion To participate in the SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC), you must be a certified Divemaster or have an equivalent qualification. This comprehensive program is part of SSI's 2-stage Instructor Training approach. It starts with the combination of the Instructor Training Course and immersive digital learning. After successfully completing the ITC, you will take the Instructor Evaluation (IE) to become an SSI Open Water Instructor.
