Workshop Self-Help This workshop focuses on reviewing key exercises from scuba training. Topics include regulator malfunctions, breathing with a leaking regulator, responding to a blown-through regulator, inflator malfunctions, a regulator freezing up, relieving cramps, emergency ascents, and the bobbing method.
