The Skill Building Week is all about growth, technique and fun - in the middle of one of the most beautiful ocean environments in the world. Each day we sail to new bays, where, under the guidance of professional SSI Mermaid Instructor Trainers, you work on breathing techniques, safe diving skills, elegant movements and your unique mermaid flow. In between sessions you will enjoy sun, peace, connection and the magic of mermaiding on the open sea. This week is all about deepening, learning and surprising yourself. Step aboard, leave the world behind for a while and dive into an unforgettable experience.

Have you secretly always wanted to feel what it's like to glide through the water like a mermaid ✨.

Want to learn freediving? During this Basic Freediving course you will learn how to stay underwater longer and more comfortably through breathing techniques, relaxation and correct diving posture. You get theory, practice dry breathing and equalizing techniques, and of course go in the water to apply everything. This is a 3-part series of lessons. Theory is online on Tuesday, September 8, 19h00-20h30. The practical sessions are on Tuesday, September 22nd and 29th from 19h45 - 22h in Uccle.

It's time to enjoy mermaiding in the open water. It is one of the most liberating experiences there is. Together we will make sure you can mermaid finely and safely in the open water. We will make it 2 fun evenings on August 12 & 13. We start at 6 p.m. and finish at 8 p.m. Please note that this course is the continuation of the ssi mermaid. So you need this certification before you can participate in ocean mermaid.

Do you want to learn how to shine in front of the camera underwater? During this unique course you will learn how to pose gracefully and in a controlled manner as an underwater model.This is a 3 part course:- Theory: Thursday, August 27, 2pm online - Practice: Friday, August 28, 2pm, we have 2 sessions. 14-16, and 18-20h in Todi-Beringen.You can join this course after completing mermaid or basic freediving.
