As part of the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver (AOWD) program, you’ll complete a total of five adventure dives from five different SSI specialty courses. The AOWD course includes the mandatory specialty dives in Deep Diving and Underwater Navigation, as well as a specialty dive in Perfect Buoyancy, Computer Diving, and Night/Low Visibility (in our AOWD course, a low-visibility dive—not a traditional night dive—is conducted).
