Fast Track: SSI Instructor Training Course Prerequisites at Oceans 5 Gili Air
Want to become an SSI Instructor at Oceans 5 Gili Air? Before joining the SSI Instructor Training Course (ITC), you need to meet the following prerequisites:
✅ Minimum 18 years old
✅ Certified as an SSI Divemaster or equivalent from another recognized agency (PADI, SDI, RAID, etc.)
✅ SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification (or equivalent)
✅ Current First Aid & CPR certification (SSI React Right or equivalent) completed within the last 24 months
✅ Minimum 60 logged dives to start the ITC
✅ Open Water Diver certification held for at least 6 months before becoming an SSI Open Water Instructor
To Attend the SSI Instructor Evaluation (IE)
Before the final Instructor Evaluation, you must have:
✅ Minimum 100 logged dives and 65 hours underwater experience
