In this beginner course, you will learn everything you need to conduct freediving dives to a depth of 5 meters in a pool/limited open water together with a buddy. Through a combination of online training and practical sessions, this course provides you with all the skills and knowledge you need. Upon completion of the course, you will receive your SSI Basic Freediver certification.

Start today - You must be a Divemaster or equivalent to participate in SSI's 3-level instructor training program. The training begins with participation in the combination Assistant Instructor / Instructor Training Course, accompanied by Digital Learning. After successfully completing the Instructor Training Course (ITC), you will take part in an Instructor Evaluation (IE) to qualify as an SSI Open Water Instructor.
