Du selbst bestimmst also das Tempo und den Zeitpunkt deines Lernens!Teil 2: Die SchwimmbadausbildungParallel zu deiner Theorieausbildung erfolgt die Tauchausbildung im Schwimmbad. Bei angenehmer Wassertemperatur von circa 27 Grad und 25 Metern Sicht lernst du unter Wasser zu schweben und auch alle Fertigkeiten, die nötig sind, um jeden Tauchgang unter normalen Bedingungen sicher zu beenden und unverletzt an die Wasseroberfläche zurück zu kehren.Teil 3: Die FreiwasserausbildungSind die ersten beiden Teile abgeschlossen, erfolgt sozusagen deine Kür und beinhaltet deine Ausbildung im Freiwasser (See). Hier wenden wir das Wissen und die Fertigkeiten an, die wir im Schwimmbad unter kontrollierten Bedingungen eintrainiert haben und wiederholen noch einmal die eine oder andere Übung in einer natürlichen Umgebung und in kaltem Wasser.Nach erfolgreicher Beendigung deiner drei  Ausbildungsteile erhält du das SSI Open Water Diver Brevet, deine Eintrittskarte in die malerische und faszinierende Unterwasserwelt. Dieses Brevet erlaubt dir in Begleitung eines Tauchpartners bis zu einer empfohlenen Tiefe von 18 Metern selbstständig zu tauchen. The Indoor Diver course is a great way to start diving in the winter and then practice your skills independently until spring. It is identical to the Open Water Divers course and differs only in that all open water dives are done in an indoor center, where you will learn everything you need to start your diving adventure. The SSI Scuba Diver is designed for those who do not have enough time to complete the full Open Water Diver program. The program corresponds to the first half of the Open Water Diver program and can be upgraded to the SSI Open Water Diver through additional training and theory units. What can I do after completing the course? The course provides you with the necessary training and experience to be able to dive safely in open waters under the supervision of a dive professional, as you learn all the important diving skills, knowledge and equipment. However, this certificate does not allow you to dive alone with a dive buddy. Throughout your training and afterwards, you will be accompanied by an experienced diving professional who will make sure that you feel safe and comfortable and that nothing happens to you. Certified scuba divers may only dive to a depth of 12 meters when accompanied by a diving professional. After successfully completing your course, you will receive the SSI Scuba Diver certification. Haven't we all unintentionally been underwater alone - not diving solo. How often has your buddy been out of reach or you've been so distracted while taking photos that you've lost your buddy? Although normally diving with a buddy team partner, there may be reasons why experienced divers choose to dive solo (e.g. underwater photography). It is more common to be involuntarily separated from your buddy while diving. During the SSI Independent Diver course you will learn about the potential risks of solo diving and develop the necessary skills and abilities to dive independently, responsibly, autonomously and safely, while becoming a stronger buddy partner or team member on your dives. Occasionally you see more and more divers who no longer dive with one or two tanks on their back (backmount), but carry the tanks on their side (sidemount). But why do they do this and are there any advantages over the other system? sidemount diving was developed by wreck and cave divers, for whom the most hydrodynamic position possible was important in order to fit through narrow and small passages. In the meantime, more and more divers are discovering the advantages of this diving style, which is characterized by more relaxed buoyancy control and better freedom of movement without the tank on the back.
