In this course, you’ll learn the skills and procedures needed to safely plan and conduct these dives. You’ll learn the special precautions for using dive scooters/DPVs, how to maintain contact with your dive buddy, monitor your other equipment, and safely enjoy this new diving experience with the DPV! Upon completion of the course, you’ll receive the SSI Scooter/DPV Diving Specialty certification and will be able to dive to depths of up to 30 meters with a dive scooter/DPV.

If you can't yet decide which specialty courses are right for you, take an SSI Advanced Open Water Diver course! This course allows you to learn about different diving topics before deciding on a full specialty course. It's a great way to learn what your Advanced training is all about and how valuable it can be for your diving adventures. The Advanced Open Water Diver course gives you the opportunity to try out five specialties. After a detailed briefing with your SSI instructor, you will complete one open water training dive for each specialty. This introductory diving course gives you the opportunity to discover all specialty courses. You can complete all specialty courses at a later date at any time and have your Advanced Open Water Diver training dive credited towards this.

The SSI Basic Diver course teaches you the skills and knowledge to dive with an SSI Professional to a depth of 12 meters. It's a great way to discover even more of the underwater world on your way to becoming a diver. If you decide to take the next step in your diving adventure within 6 months and complete a Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver course, your Basic Diver course will be fully credited.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive your SSI Deep Diving Specialty certification and be able to explore the most beautiful deep dive sites wherever you want. With the course you will expand your diving knowledge to plan safe dives with enriched air mixtures up to 40% oxygen. After completing the course, you will receive an SSI Enriched Air Nitrox certification for 32% or 40%.

In this course you will learn the skills and procedures to plan and carry out such dives safely. You will learn the special precautions for using scooters/DPVs, how to stay in contact with your dive buddy, how to check the rest of your equipment and how to enjoy your new diving experience with a DPV safely! Upon completion of the course, you will receive the SSI Scooter/DPV Diving Specialty certification and be able to dive with a scuba scooter/DPV to depths of up to 30 meters.

The SSI Advanced Wreck Diving program teaches you everything you need to know to plan and conduct wreck dives within the daylight zone to a depth of less than 40 meters. You will learn how to use specialized wreck diving equipment, gas management concepts and buddy team skills to safely conduct wreck dives. As an Advanced Wreck Diver, you can go deeper into shipwrecks than ever before and discover a whole new world of exciting exploration. Start your advanced wreck diving adventures now!

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue specialty program teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to identify stress, how to prevent accidents and be taught practical techniques to conduct rescues and provide emergency care. With a combination of pool and open water practice sessions, you will become well prepared and confident at handling emergency and rescue situations. Upon completion, you will earn the SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty certification.

Through online learning and open water and confined water dives, the SSI Scuba Diver course provides you with the perfect foundation to become an independent and safe diver. You will learn everything you need for open water dives to a maximum depth of 12 meters together with an SSI Professional. With this course you will complete about half of the Open Water Diver course and can upgrade your certification later. All you have to do is complete the remaining theory and limited open water units as well as two open water training dives.

The SSI Decompression Diving Specialty course shows you how to dive beyond no-decompression limits. You will learn to plan and execute dives to a maximum depth of 40 meters with limited decompression using your recreational diving equipment and a single scuba tank.
