Stress & Rescue
The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue special programme teaches you the skills you need to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn to recognise stress, prevent accidents and learn practical rescue and emergency techniques. Through a combination of pool and open water exercises, you will become well prepared and confident in handling emergencies and rescues. Upon completion, you will be certified as an SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty.
