Diving at Lake Constance

For cold water enthusiasts, we have planned a diving trip to Lake Constance. Lake Constance is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful lakes in our area. Our excursion takes you to the wreck of the "Jura", one of the oldest surviving steamships in the world and the most beautiful freshwater wreck in Europe. Further highlights are the "Marienschlucht", known as one of the most beautiful steep walls in Central Europe and other impressive steep wall dives. You can take part on both diving days (Saturday and Sunday) or only on Saturday or Sunday. In both cases, arrival is the evening before. Dive with us into the fifth largest lake in Germany. With a depth of up to 128 meters and its characteristic steep wall on the eastern shore, Lake Starnberg is a popular destination for divers. Formerly known as the "Würmsee", it is not only a highlight for technical divers and depth junkies, as the lake is just as attractive at shallower depths, as the steep wall begins at depths of just 20 meters. The mountain panorama that extends to the south of Lake Starnberg rounds off the day trip to the lake and invites you to linger on the shore.

The Plansee is located in the district of Reutte in Tyrol within the Ammergau Alps. With an area of just under 3 km², it is the second largest natural lake in Tyrol. The glacial lake has a depth of 76.5 meters. Visibility of up to 15 meters and the fantastic mountain panorama invite not only divers, but the whole family to spend a day at the Plansee. Arctic char, bullheads and crayfish await you.

The Echinger Weiher is a nature conservation gem in the Munich area. Due to its groundwater supply, it can have a visibility of up to 20 meters. Richly filled with shoals of pike, perch and other native species swimming through the lush underwater botany, the Echinger Weiher enchants every diver. It is particularly suitable for beginners as it has a maximum depth of 8 meters. (And you have to dig for it) Come to the Echinger Weiher with the DCP!

The SSI Diver Stress and Rescue Specialty course is the best course to learn how to protect yourself and other divers. You will learn how to recognize stress, avoid accidents and apply practical techniques for performing rescues and emergency care. Lake Friedberg, just a few kilometers east of Augsburg, is a popular diving spot for beginners and experienced divers.
