During this introductory program, you’ll learn everything you need to safely freedive with a buddy in a pool or protected environment to a depth of 5 meters. The online training is combined with in-water practice sessions to help you acquire all the necessary skills and knowledge. This new 4-day course on the island of GOZO is a special course for freedivers who enjoy exploring clear water and "chaotic" features such as underwater cliffs, caves and tunnels (I'll be bringing underwater lights with me) ;). This course is a little "physical". Most of the sites are only accessible from the shore (all the divers on the island do this), and sometimes we'll have to walk a bit to reach larger, more beautiful areas.
