Dive Center
A flat reef situated at a depth of 22-25 meters. The site runs north to south with a vast sandy expanse to the west. The sites name Romba, is a Tamil word that means ’a lot’. This is because there is a lot that is found here and a lot that is going on here.
Situated in front of Wyndham Garden Hotel, lies an old wreck at 12m depth. Between 1914 and 1916, the ship sunk, and according to legend, it was allegedly attacked by pirates. The wreck is between 80/100m long and about 12m wide and offers a variety of marine life.

Old Volcano offers a thrilling diving experience against the backdrop of a sharp volcanic cliff. This unique site begins at just 5 meters beneath the surface and then plunges dramatically to depths exceeding 60 meters.

Dive into the inviting waters of Mantigue Island and discover a dynamic underwater landscape. The reef starts at a depth of approximately 5 meters and drops down to 50meters. The site features a mix of hard and soft coral formations, overhangs and of course the famous green turtles.
Just off Bangaram Island, this site is known to have cleaning station in the sand at 25m. The reef is sloping reef that is laden with boulder coral and gorgonians.
The big brother to Shabrur Umm Gamar, this site is about 1h20min to the southeast of El Gouna. This site is great for all levels of divers, beginners to experienced, recreational and technical. Drift dives occur very often here. There are nice plateaus and pinnacles on the east and west side and there is a small nice cave on the east side as well.
We would be happy to welcome students who want to dive in front of the Akra hotel, which has a different width point to join the cavities between the Mediterranean cliffs.
Devils Table (max 18m/60ft) - Our closest dive site, this is a great dive for both beginners and intermediate divers. Starting in the sheltered Rocky Bay you make your way along the reef which gradually gets deeper and the dive ends at the mooring after the cardinal marker. Great dive for macro photographers!
The waters of Tepanee Beach in Malapascua Island offer a calm and scenic dive environment, known for their clear turquoise visibility, gentle slopes, and thriving reef life.
Easy location, mooring by the beach, start in shallow water, current can be found just outside of the bay, changing often. Rocky dive site, you can find a little cave.
Lying just 15M north of No Name Pinnacle, this newly sunk wreck is 44.9M long, 7M wide, is a high speed attack ship. Belonging to the Gulf Patrol Fleet, Royal Thai Navy and built by Singapore Ship Building and Engineering Company Limited.

Turtle Mansion, located on the west side of Kouri Island and is known as a turtle cleaning station. Green turtles are often seen resting or sleeping on the rocks. The usual route follows the cliff edge toward the turtle rock, then continues to explore the surrounding rock areas.
The Lesleen M Wreck is an old cargo ship, sunk in the Anse Cochon bay in 1986. The resulting artificial reef is home to numerous species of coral and aquatic life. This dive site is considered an easy dive ideal for novice divers.The Vicky B Wreck is an old fishing boat, sunk in 2018. Two wrecks in one dive.
Five minute drive from the Compass Point Dock. A shallow reef system within the natural lagoon with protection from the prevalent swell from the barrier reef. A oasis of coral heads with an old Spanish anchor resting in the sand patch. The reef starts at a depth of 22 feet / 7 metres and travels up to 6 feet / 2 m
Five minutes to the west of Paptura lies Dolphin Wall, stretching approximately 300 meters in length. The depth ranges from 5 meters to 30 meters deep. This site experiences bi-directional currents influenced by tidal movements. This site is semi sheltered from large swell due to the angle but is exposed to wind.
Fish Molly is a nearby dive site, easily reachable by boat in 10-15 minutes. It offers a maximum depth of 14 meters, with visibility conditions ranging from 4 to 8 meters, extending across a 30-meter area.
In view of Papatura, two minute boat ride away lies a bommie reef. Grandma’s garden starts at three meters down to twenty meters. Snorkelers can tag along as the reef has lots of life in the three meter area. This site experiences bi-directional currents influenced by tidal movements and sheltered from winds.
A dramatic underwater wall dive featuring a small overhang that serves as a focal point for marine activity. Nearby, a cleaning station attracts the elusive thresher sharks, offering divers a chance to observe these majestic creatures in their natural behavior.
Ras Umm Sid takes its name from the promontory on the site; on it is a wonderful white lighthouse, EL FANAR, in Arabic. You can do this dive either from the beach or from the boat. Pay particular attention to the currents in the proximity of the white stake visible from the outside.
At the Zabargad hotel you can dive in our Lagona Divers house reef, just pack your equipment at the dive center and walk 50 meters to the sea....
Inside the bay of Makadi, in front of the the Fort Arabesque. Sheltered from the north wind, it makes it a good option to dive on rough days. Can be done as a one-way dive or as a stationary dive. gentle slope until 18m and then drop off where you can find greater depth. Suitable for beginners to advanced divers.
Just outside the bay of Makadi, in front of the Grand Makadi hotel. Shallow sandy bottom turning into a beautiful coral garden. This is usually done as a one-way dive.
A shallow reef to 10m and then a long sandy patch at 12m. The reef is full of fish and juveniles and also house to a number of species of rays. One of the older and established sites at Bangaram.
This dive site is renowned for its expansive area of vibrant sea fans that stretch from 14 meters to 35 meters in depth. The site also features small overhangs teeming with fascinating macro life, making it a favorite for underwater photographers and those who enjoy exploring intricate marine habitats.
This dive site is located on the west side of the island, offering divers a breathtaking experience. The area is renowned for its stunning hard coral formations, which are vibrant and teeming with marine life. As divers descend, they will encounter deep overhangs that create a fascinating underwater landscape
A spectacular terrain : chimneys, a peak (called Oti point), water which is almost always crystal clear. An untouched fauna and flora: gorgonians, octocoralia, anemones, sea slugs, jack fish, murena eels, napoleon fish...
Dream House is a seamount the size of a football field. The northern edge has a drop of from 40ft to 250ft. Currents flowing over the seamount attracts many species of pelagic and brings in nutrients which soft coral and other specie of coral feed off.
Fifteen minutes by boat from the Joy Island. Beautiful coral reef start from 4m on the top reef. full of table corals reef. the side of the coral garden is like a wall with beautiful caves.
Five minutes from the Joy island. A perfect corner of the long reef. it can be a nice drift dive with out going and in coming current. Beautiful pinnacles between 20 to 30m including the caves.
Perhentian Romantic Beach is a dive site well suited for beginner training. Sheltered from longshore current in the bay, the reef starts from the shore, extending all the way to down south into a rocky slope.
600 meters from Koh Ngam Yai, 2 kilometers from Hin Phae, Near MTMS Prab 741 Wreck. May start diving at MTMS Prab 741, Wreck and end at Koh Ngam Noi in 1 dive.
15 minutes by longtail boat from BangTao Beach takes us to White Rock. Its a collection of boulders starting around 2m deep to maximum 12 m deep. We swim east heading into the bay passing boulders, sand, small patches of corals.
This shipwreck is located in the Bayahibe area. It is a former passenger liner, 30 feet wide and 99 feet long, sunk as an artificial reef in May 2009.
Shallow reef with combination of soft and hard corals. Usually very mild current. If current gets stronger, possible to do drift dive as reef is long enough. The best depth to 3-14m
The island Bawe just off the coast of Stone Town, is our go-to reef. Bawe South it’s a long shallow reef stretches the whole side of the island, ideal for snorkellers and beginner divers. Deeper we can find big coral bommies, interchange with sandy patches on which huge barrel sponges grow.
Large seamount with depth from 3-30m. Amazing coral coverage and very rich for marine life as well. Often strong current which brings a lot of fish and action.
Romantic Reef is a rocky slope that divides Romantic Beach and Teluk Aur. Extending from the surface to 15m deep, this dive site is an easy slope for beginners to dive.

5 Minutes boat ride from Kusu Island. This dive site sits on a corner of Bacan. Depending on the current there are actually 2 divesite - 1 to the north and 1 to the south. Slope with good coral coverage. Can have strong currents.
This Dive Site located East side of Kassanfaru Corner. Fifteen minutes boat trip. there are several coral blocks start from 5m to 20m. Reef look like nice Gentle slop.
This site starts where the blue lagoon slope ends on the left hand side. The reef top lies at 8 meters and starts to slope down to 18-20 meters and stays relatively flat quite far out. Swimming along the slope towards the channel leads us to some quite interesting topography, canyon like rock formations.
A steep slope on the north side of Gili Trawangan, from 5m down to 24m with a series of gullies at the bottom. A series of gradually deeper ridges running parallel to the beach is located between 25m and 40m.
Terumbu Tiga offers one of the best dive in Perhentian. It consists of 3 big boulders with multiple smaller boulders stacked and aligned in-between, creating an amazing topography underwater. The stacked boulders form channel and swim-throughs, allowing advanced divers a chance for a cool photograph.
Nestled in the heart of “Whale shark alley“ is Marble Arch. Named after it’s spectacular swim-throughs, this site is perfect for open water divers looking to put their buoyancy skills into practice and enjoy the breath-taking topography.
Igloo is a distinctive dive site off Diani Beach, Kenya, named after an abandoned underwater habitat that resembles an igloo or the Death Star from Star Wars. Over time, this structure has become an artificial reef, attracting diverse marine life and offering an alternative and interesting dive experience.
