The best Months to dive in Giftun Islands

The Giftun Islands, located in the Red Sea, offer excellent diving conditions year-round. Water temperatures range from 21°C–28°C/70°F–82°F, with the warmest months being June to September. Visibility is typically outstanding, often exceeding 30 meters/98 feet, allowing divers to fully appreciate the vibrant marine life and coral reefs.

Weather conditions are generally stable, but wind can occasionally affect surface conditions, particularly during the winter months from December to February. Although diving is possible throughout the year, the best periods for calm waters and optimal conditions are from late spring to early autumn. Nonetheless, even during less favorable periods, experienced divers can still enjoy the underwater beauty of the Giftun Islands.
