    Open Water Diver

This is the course for you if you want to learn to dive and discover the wonderful world beneath the waves—this is where the adventure begins! Purpose and Content: The Open Water course is the world’s most popular scuba diving course, and at your disposal are Atlantis’s professional instructors and one of the country’s most comprehensive dive centers. The course focuses on practical exercises and consists of three main phases: – Theory lessons and home study to understand basic diving principles and to ensure you learn to dive as safely as possible. – Pool sessions to practice basic diving skills and become familiar with the equipment. – Open-water dives to put what you’ve learned into practice We always use the latest equipment, adapted for Swedish conditions, to give you the best possible start, inspiration, and comfort. After passing the final theory exam and completing the required open-water dives, you’ll receive an international dive certification—the SSI Open Water Diver—which qualifies you to participate in organized dives, advance to more specialized courses, and rent equipment. The Comfort Basic Course includes the following: – Digital course materials – Equipment rental and a drysuit (used for all open-water dives), excluding the ABC kit (mask, fins, and snorkel). – 20% discount on mask, fins, and snorkel during your time as a student. – International SSI Open Water Diver certification – Two days of full equipment rental after completing the course, i.e., 4 extra dives. Price: 5,495 SEK The Budget Basic Course includes the following: – Digital course materials – Equipment rental, excluding the ABC package (mask, fins, and snorkel). – All open-water dives are conducted in a wetsuit. – International SSI Open Water Diver certification – One day of full equipment rental after completing the course, i.e., 2 extra dives.
