★★★★☆ Lake Phoenix

This is one of the clearest quarries on the East Coast. Diving here is fun for all levels of divers, with many intentionally sunk objects to explore.

★★★★☆ Loch Low-Minn

Loch Low-Minn is a quarry designed just for Scuba divers. It is a great facility with 22 picnic tables available for use by those who make a reservation or if they have them left over.

★★★★☆ Devils Den

Devil’s Den is a fresh water spring with the temperature being 72 degrees Fahrenheit all year long. Here you will find ancient rock formations with stalactites, fossil beds, and much more. With swim throughs and platforms it’s a great place to practice buoyancy and skills.

★★★★☆ The Blue Grotto

Dive the largest clear water cavern in the heart of freshwater spring country in Williston, Florida. The Blue Grotto lets you dive down to a depth of 100 feet in crystal clear water with a consistent temp of 72 degrees F all year round! A popular training dive site.

★★★★☆ Lake Jocasse

Lake Jocassee is a beautiful mountain lake in South Carolina. You will need a boat to see the graveyard at about 130ft to 150ft. Some of the headstones are still there. You can do both boat dives and shore dives.

★★★★☆ Troy Springs

This 70-foot-deep, first-magnitude spring offers opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Nestled in the shallow water of the spring run are the remains of the Civil War-era steamboat Madison, which was scuttled in 1863 to keep it from being captured.

Mares

★★★★☆ Taco Bell Wall at The Dive Shop

The Dive Shop has a 12ft/3,5m pool inside their shop. The store used to be a Taco Bell back in 1994. Some similarities still exist. Nothing amazing about this pool other then you are diving in an old Taco Bell location.

Scubapro

★★★☆☆ Lake Lanier West Bank Park

Average depth of 20 ft. A popular local lake for training dives. You can see two large concrete masses with rear hooks on top. Typical lake dive.

Mares

★★★★☆ San Pablo Russian Freighter (Wreck)

Depth: 60-80ft
There was a lot of mystery behind the sinking of the San Pablo in August 1944 which led to the local name of “The Russian Freighter“. While not Russian or a freighter, the San Pablo actually spent her life as a fruit transport ship.

Aqualung

★★★★☆ Peacock Springs

Divers of all levels can enjoy the springs at this location. Orange Grove is open to Certified Scuba Divers and there are caves and caverns to explore for certified cave divers. The water is crystal clear and the sinks are surrounded by beautiful Floral. The park has picnic tables, trails and port-a-potties.

Scubapro

★★★★☆ Vortex Springs

This 500+ acre Resort produces approximately 32 million gallons of crystal “gin“ clear water daily and is a consistent temperature of 68 degrees. Vortex Spring is one of the most dived locations in all of Florida and is popular among technical as well as brand new divers.
