Fin Divers is located in Chells Industrial Estate Stevenage, Hertfordshire. It was opened in 2011 with a modest 1000sq ft premasis which has now grown to include an onsite swimming pool, retail shop, IDEST cylinder test station and regulator service centre. We teach all SSI Courses, we are a MARES Horizon Rebreather and technical diving centre as well as the one of only two BARE drysuit fitting centre in the UK.
At Fin Divers we don’t judge you on what you have learned in the past, we are just passionate about making you the best diver you can be. “Train Hard For An Easy Dive” and “Perfect Practice” are two sayings you will hear banded around the Fin Divers shop and club and I believe you will find our learning environment and teaching style pace refreshing in a market place that is full of cut pricing and hurry up hurry up! Stoney Cove quarry was originally a granite mine. In 1958 when quarrying at the site ceased, the quarry filled with spring water. Today, the site consists of 3 main levels: a 6m shelf area, ideal for beginner training, a 36m sump for more advanced training and the main body consisting of 2 large 22m deep areas.
Capernwray is the North-West’s inland dive site frequented by many divers and schools. Tends to open at weekends and from thursdays in the winter and on wednesdays through to evening in the summer.
A quarry at the local St Andrews Diving center. A place for everyone with access from the beach and from the pier. Gases and equipment rental are available on these place.

Wraysbury is a great dive site for any diver, but particularly novices and divers needing a convenient refresher dive. With a maximum depth of 14m Wraysbury has a huge number of various sized wrecks, including the fuselage of a 737 plane, a bus, thorpe park rangers, boats, cars, and even a VW camper van.
Dosthill Quarry is a Spring fed, fresh water lake at the heart of Dosthill in Tamworth. Easily accessible from the M42 and the M6 Opening times:-Thurs - 1300 - 2100, Friday - 1300 - 2100, Saturday- 0700 - 1600, Sunday - 0700 - 1600. Last entry is 90 minutes before closing time.
