You’ll be able to try deep diving and navigation, as well as three other specialties of your choice, before committing to a full specialty course. This is a great way to discover what the Advanced Open Water Diver course entails and how valuable it can be for your underwater adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver program, you’ll explore five different specialties by completing one training dive in a natural environment for each specialty after a thorough briefing with your SSI Instructor. By taking this program, you’ll have complete freedom to explore. You can complete the full Specialty courses at any time in the future and use your Advanced Open Water Diver certification to fulfill the prerequisites.
