This is the only historical shipwreck in Bali, ranked #3 in the world for Wreck diving! The wreck is 25 meters form shore at a depth of 4 to 29 meters below the surface with most of it occuring in a shallow area. This dive site does not have strong currents, has clear water, and warm temperatures. Difficult entry!
The dive site is located under an abandoned dock that was built in 2006. The pillars of the pier are already covered in large sea fans which beautify the dive site. The sandy bottom also has some items dumped there like car tires, cans, and shoes that have made perfect homes for some unique fish.
Sidem is another great macro dive site, paradise for photographers by day and by night. Definitely a must see dive site for macro lovers! There is also a beautiful reef at this dive site!
Accessible from shore, Jemeluk Bay presents the wall as a deeper dive site and the bay itself. Suitable for beginners the same as for experienced divers, Jemeluk is still quite rich in hard corals and soft corals close to the corner with Bunutan.
This is a white sandy bay with clear water that has healthy corals at its edge, followed by a rubble area. Some bommies come to adorn the bay. Away from the beach, the sandy bottom begins to decline towards to more than 20 meters deep where you can find several cleaning stations.
From the topography of the slope that meets the wall with a variety of soft and hard corals that adorn, such as barrel sponges, huge seafan, table coral, big formation of acropora and others.
There is a garden of anemones and about 60 statues on the far right side of the dive site. This is a nice second dive in the morning to get away from the crowds at Liberty Wreck. Entry and exit from the beach can be difficult.
This site has large boulders that create overhangs and tunnels in depths of 5 to 12 meters, followed by a slope that meets the sand at 35 meters on one side and a steep wall that reachs more than 40 meters.
This is the best place in Padang for snorkeling and dive training for open water diver courses. A sandy and rubble area starts at a depth of 5 meters followed by a sloping bottom where you can find various kinds of fish living on the ocean floor.
Located on the west-side of Nusa Penida Island, Crystal Bay has two coral reef formations separated by sand slopes. The combination of slopes and walls that form the topography at this dive site goes down to more than 50 meters and meets with large rock which is an ideal place for a cleaning station for sunfish.
Batu Ringit is a great macro dive site, paradise for photographers by day and by night. If you’re into macro diving and photography, Batu Ringit should definitely be on your list!
Easy access with porters waiting for you, but the pebble beach can make the entry and exit difficult if there are waves. The small wreck from 1m to 8m deep is nice for snorkelers and freedivers but very limited for scuba divers. The coral scenery is really beautiful. Be careful of upwelling currents.
Seraya Secret is a great macro dive site, paradise for photographers from all over the world by day and by night. Definitely a must see dive site for macro lovers!
Shore and shallow dive. Sandy bottom with rocks. Perfect habitat for macro critters. Great choice for night dives and macro lovers! Good playground for underwater photographers. Highly recommended by night.
This dive sites is close to the cliff which has strong water movement (surge). It is a gathering place for manta rays to filter the food collected due to the pressure of the waves from the open ocean.
