Althäuser Lake (max. depth 17 meters) is located right next a local dive center that has created several entry and exit points. You can enter / exit via the aluminum stairs or from the jetty by rolling backwards, using a giant stride entry forward, or the boat ladder.

From the parking lot you can reach the entrance via a gravel path. Caution! The stone stairs can be very slippery! The dive site consists mainly of a shallow sloping heap. The course extends from 5 to about 20m. The platform is located in the 5m area to the left of the entrance.

Nagoldtalsperre (★2.6)

The Nagold Dam is a reservoir; from about September to April, the lake is drained. In the summer months, the lake is a well-frequented recreational area. There is a toilet at the parking lot. At the entry point, there is a platform at about 5 meters depth. The maximum depth of the lake is about 20 meters.

There are two entrances in the form of a small slipway. These merge into a gravel pile and, thus, ensure an easy entry and exit. Here you should descend as quickly as possible to 5 meters, because the edge areas of the lake are a retreat for fish and water birds.
