FREEDIVING Course:Duration and group sizeThe course lasts 2 days and leads to an internationally recognized freediving certificate.Total course duration approximately 16 hours.I always allow plenty of time for practice and small groups of 3 to 6 participants maximum.Course content at SSI Freediver:-theoretical basics (with final test)-breathing techniques-Statics (time diving)-Dynamics min. 30m (distance diving with fins)-Deep diving 10m to max. 20m depth-various rescue exercises from 10m>Rescuing the buddy from 10 m>Ascent without mask from 10m>Ascent from 10m arm pulls only-and plenty of time to practice and relaxCost 2026:A course with SSI certification (duration 2 full days)costs a total of 775,- Euro incl. 2 tickets to the indoor diving center, certification with SSI with digital teaching materials and rental equipment.Included with SSI is the digital course certification (internationally recognized certificate).I would provide you with rental equipment during the course at no extra charge.All entrance fees and certification costs are included in the price.Prerequisites:- be able to swim at least 200m at a time- Age of majority, or consent of legal guardian from 14 years of age- medical certificate, or alternatively a completed medical self-disclosure form "medical statement"In the "medical statement" you should be able to answer all questions truthfully with a "no".If the answer(s) is/are yes, please obtain confirmation from a doctor that there is no medical reason why you should not dive.WhatsApp-CommunityI would also like to invite you to join my "Freediving Community" on WhatsApp .
