Kyra Leni (Wreck) (★4.5)

This is the famous wreck of the Kyra Leni, located in the southern part of the island. The vessel is facing the island. The bow sits at 12 meters, whereas the deepest part of the wreck is at 29 meters.

2nd Limanaki (★4.7)

This is the most famous dive spot for shore diving in Athens. Depths range from 2 to 39 meters, and is home to the famous “pigadi,“ a hole ranging from 7 -30 meters. Strong currents can occur at the bottom so be prepared.

Arsida Canyon (★4.5)

One of the most interesting dive spots in the Saronic Gulf. A great dive for all levels of certified divers. Visibility is excellent and depths reach more than 50m.

Pontikonisi (★4.5)

Pontikoniso a small island in the middle of Vouliagmeni’s gulf. Ideal for all levels as it offers a good area for anchoring with a reef, then a wall. Depths range from 3 meters up to 40 meters. Visibility is excellent and marine life is also very interesting.

Katafygi Cove (★4.6)

The ideal shallow protected little bay for training, introductory dives. Protected from prevailing north winds. No currents. Almost always good visibility. Maximum depth 18 meters.

Pothitos Island is famous for 3-4 different dives for all levels, from beginner to expert. Marine life is rich and visibility is excellent. Depths range from 3 to 50 meters with small surprises hidden in the rocks.

Located in the middle of the ocean, this volcanic plateau is home to the largest amount of sea life in the whole area. The spectacular visibility and extensive area are two of the reasons Aquarium is favorite site in the area and one that could be dived every day.

Burger Bun (★4.9)

The name of this site doesn’t do justice to the beauty of it. Amazing rock formations and incredible blue waters sit perfectly against the white sand of the seabed of yet another uninhabited island. The clear waters and stunning views make this a wonderful dive site.

Avantis III (Wreck) (★4.8)

This wonderful wreck dive makes for an interesting change of scenery for those looking to explore another side of the underwater world. The wreck is a 80m cargo ship that sank 15 years ago.

This dive is located around a small outcrop of rocks just off the deserted island of Kyra. There are drop offs and walls as you journey around the rock and back to the boat, making the site suitable for beginners and Open Water to Advanced divers.

Excellent wall dive starting at 7 meters and ending at more than 55 meters. Very good visibility and protected from northern winds. Marine life is also intresting here.

Krabo Beach (★4.7)

Ideal for training with an easy sandy beach entry. Parking is allowed from autumn till spring, but summer is crowded. Bottom is sandy with poseidonia and sand. Great for in dives. Visibility is very good.

Lava Flow, Methana (★4.9)

This site is a wall of lava from Methana Volcano. Deep water, around 100m minimum below you! Coloured sponges cover the wall and many schools of fish swim in the blue and below. This dive can be done at different depths.

Porto Ennia (Porto 9) (★4.6)

A fairly easy shore access to big depths, in a bay protected from most weather conditions. You have to follow the rocky slope to 40m down where the sandy area begins.
