React Right - Course Combination (FA, CPR, AED, O2)

React Right is SSI’s emergency first response course and provides you with the training and knowledge you need to act as a first responder in a medical emergency. In this flexible dive program, you can choose which subjects you want to learn about, including primary assessment, first aid, CPR and primary stabilization techniques. You can also learn about oxygen administration in diving emergencies and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) basics. Using a combination of academic sessions and practical training scenarios, this program will give you the tools and confidence you need for emergency response. By the time you are certified, you will be able to act as an emergency first responder, provide first aid and CPR, administer oxygen and provide AED support in a medical emergency. one of the 4 major reefs of the Farasan banks, located 48 km from Allith. the east side of this reef slopes from 0 to 500 meters and is full of caves and caverns. on the north plateau is known for high current and is locally called the washing machine.

Located approximately 45 km southwest of Jeddah, Abu Tair is renowned for its rich marine biodiversity and historical shipwrecks, making it a premier destination for diving enthusiasts.

M.V. Glaros was a 60m diesel refrigerator vessel. It rests on its side at around 20m depth. It is known as ’Chicken Wreck’ due to its cargo of frozen chickens which can still find inside the wreck. Ran aground on 20/11/1976. and on 22/11/1976 All of ship crew was saved.

Long reef south reef is named because it’s the longest reef in Allaith region. it’s a long part of coral reef with decline 70-80 meters on the east and west side. It’s 55 km from the beach. contain south reef from 35 to 25 meter with decline everywhere

Malathu island contains plateau with 25 m long decline to 35 m. below is another plateau on 45 m and 60 m, there’s severe decline on both sides. locates south of malathu island.

90km south of Jeddah, this site is accessible by safari boats. the site is exciting with plenty of exotic marine life, large reef pinnacles, the reef start from 11 meters and goes to 23 meters not far away. the current is changing from no current to strong current and visibility fluctuates from medium to excellent

this site is 50km away from Jeddah Creek, the site contains excellent healthy coral formations, however it is not large formations. it is away from fishermen and the site is undamaged by humans. there is no coral bleaching and the depth is excellent for all dive levels as it only reaches 25 meters around the reef.

The best Months to Dive in Makkah Region

The Makkah Region offers year-round diving opportunities, with its coastal proximity to the Red Sea. Water temperatures range from 24°C–30°C/75°F–86°F, providing comfortable conditions for divers. Visibility is typically excellent, often exceeding 20 meters/66 feet, allowing for clear views of the vibrant marine life and coral reefs.

While diving is possible throughout the year, the best conditions are found between October and May, when water temperatures are cooler and humidity is lower. During the summer months, higher temperatures and occasional strong winds may affect surface conditions and visibility. However, currents remain generally mild, making it suitable for divers of varying experience levels.
