Explore Surfers Paradise

Surfers Paradise is a coastal suburb within the City of Gold Coast in Queensland featuring many high-rise apartment buildings and a wide surf beach. Situated close to the Gold Coast Seaway and the numerous wrecks and reefs sitting just off the coastline, there are few city locations in the world with better scuba diving conditions than this. Wobbegong shark, turtles, eagle rays, bull rays, and guitarfish all roam the surrounding waters.

Surfers Paradise diving is possible from several dive centres in the Gold Coast whether you intend to deepwater night dive with sharks or complete a beginner’s dive course. In the Gold Coast, day-trips are common whereas if you would prefer to venture out on a liveaboard, cruises in the Great Barrier Reef operate from Cairns, located further north.
