One of two dive sites in Bora Bora where it is possible to see the ballet of mantas. The dive is done along a drop-off. Very easy diving without current at a shallow depth.

Privileged place to observe giant morays, sharks and all kind of reef fishes. It is a favorite dive site for beginners and first time divers in Moorea.

Teavanui Pass (★4.5)

As in all the channels/passes, it is possible to see big pelagic animals passing. The current can sometimes be strong, so this dive is more suitable for advanced divers.

The dive site Anau offers easy and protected diving in the lagoon. It is possible to see manta rays all year because it is a cleaning station. Turtles are also sometimes observed.

The Aquarium is a magnificent coral garden, ideal for first-time divers and those looking to refresh their skills. The coral rock set on the beautiful white sand is home to a plethora of multicolored fish.

Hydravion et Goelett (★4.3)

One of the few wreck sites in Polynesia. You will explore the wreckage of the Catalina PBY-5A, given by the US Navy to the RAI (Régie Aérienne Inter-insulaire, the ancestor of Air Tahiti) and flown in the Polynesian air in the 1950s.

Toopua (★4.6)

Many tropical fishes gather along this drop-off, among them huge anemones and their clown fish. At the bottom of the wall, a large sand bank where leopard rays and eagle rays come to feed. The dive ends on a beautiful coral garden.

Mamaru is the Tahitian name for the white-tip sharks we come across on this dive site. A gentle slope to the sand spit where we can meet turtles and sharks.

Mur de corail/Coral Wall (★4.5)

Located just outside of Opunohu’s Bay, you’ll dive between coral canyons and gentle slopes, offering dives accessible to all in depths of 15-20m.

Certainly the best site for beginners in Tahiti. A coral ring which is ideal for a first dive. There are also 3 wrecks lying on the sand: a Cessna (5 m) and 2 boats.

La Source, Tahiti (★4.5)

The site owes its name to a freshwater spring emerging from the depths of the ocean. It gushes out at 5-6 meters below the surface and is easily visible due to the column of fresh water escaping from it. This is what is called a halocline. This site is well-known in Tahiti for turtle watching.

Its a dive site 10 minutes max by boat, and runs from north to west, but is exposed to waves and sometimes current. Going there will always depend on the weather conditions.

Haapiti is a nice drift dive. At the coral plateau you can visit 3 large holes. It is then possible to see different excavations and mini caves. Diving outside the lagoon visibility is excellent and can sometimes reach 60m.

From N1 or Open Water. Maximum depth 15m. Dive along the outer reef with thousands of juvenile fish.

La Faille d Arue (★4.3)

This wall starts at 5 meters, after crossing a beautiful coral plateau and then, at about 25m, you will find a beautiful cave that looks strangely like a church door.

La Zélée, Tahiti (★4.2)

The Zélée site is located near the port of Papeete, where you can find the remnants of the wreck of a small gunboat scattered in several pieces. The Zélée was a French gunboat launched in 1899 and sunk in 1914 during the Battle of Papeete.

La Grotte de Arue (★4.4)

On the outer edge of the coral reef facing the lagoon of Arue, you will discover a diving site housing a small cave beginning at 27 meters and ending at 30 meters.

Les 3 Pitons (★4.4)

The exploration of the site revolves around three peaks, with the highest points rising to minus 6 meters, minus 12 meters, and minus 20 meters. The striking contrast between the deep blue abyss and the proudly standing peaks provides beautiful perspectives.
