Bajo de la Vieja
★★★★☆
(225)
This oval shaped shoal is located at a short distance from the beaches of Corralejo and, due to the shallow depth (max. 10m), it is a good place for divers of any level. A nice false ceiling runs the entire perimeter of the main rock and to the west, a group of massive loose rocks create a beautiful underwater maze.
Below the false ceiling, you can see bigeyes, breams, and groupers. Moray eels and crabs seek shelter among the rocks, large stingrays, and, in summer, eagle rays are frequently observed.
