Big Bight
Located 10 minutes East from the main Utila Harbor, you will find Big Bight. This dive site can be identified from the surface by noticing a beach covered with Larger washed up pieces of coral.The beach itself is protected on either end by sharp lava rocks with jagged edges and steep walls coming out of the water.
On this site it is common to see: Barrel Spongers, Branching corals, Anemones, Channel Clinging Crabs, Spiny and Spanish Lobsters, Green Moray Eels, Groupers and a variety of sea slugs.
