Cala Incina Parete Sud

Dive carried out off the wall located south of Cala Incina. Colorful and bright, it takes place along the extreme tongue of rock that flows offshore.

Octopuses, soles, nudibranchs, hermit crabs, damselfish, starfish, seahorses, warblers, and bluefish in schools.

Cala Incina Parete Nord (★4.2)

It takes its name from the watchtower located high on the side towards Polignano a Mare. This cove is the natural continuation of the blade that comes from inland for several kilometers.

Dive that develops from a depth of -10 m to approximately -20 m; you start from the shallowest part to descend towards the end of the gully about 70 meters long, which opens onto the sand. Sailing by sight in the direction of south Polignano, we come across the huge islet of San Paolo or for many called Scoglio dell' Eremita: about 30mt from the coast, it rises sharply above the sea. The profile of this dive takes place in the shadow of the islet by following its wall northward.

Entering from the homonymous cove we find on our left a vertical wall between 7 and 12 meters, covered with sponges, sea stars and full of burrows where various animals hide, such as moray eels, octopus and others. If lucky you can find colourful Nudibranchs and fire worms.

Cala Paura (Parete Sud) (★4.6)

Entering from the homonymous cove we find on our right a long wall between 7 and 12 meters, where we can find a few sea caves, some opened both sides, which the divers with the appropriate training can cross. The wall is covered in sponges and anemones and full of little crevices where animals hide.
