It takes its name from the watchtower located high on the side towards Polignano a Mare. This cove is the natural continuation of the blade that comes from inland for several kilometers.
Seahorses, rays, bream, amberjack and many other marine species are possible to admire. In one of the caves present is a statue depicting the Virgin Mary.
