Between Cala Cortina and Bajo de la Bola lies an old naval demagnetization field made of concrete structures aligned on a platform from 14 to 26 m deep. Once used to reduce the magnetic signature of ships and submarines, it now forms a striking and unusual underwater landscape.
The structures are now covered in marine life, where nudibranchs, octopuses, moray eels, small groupers, dentex and eagle rays are often seen moving between the sandy and gravel areas.
