Kitagawa Kajikaki in Higashi Izu, Shizuoka, is a boat dive just 5 minutes from the harbor. With depths of 12–24m (avg. 14–16m), it suits all levels. Colorful soft corals, large schools of horse mackerel, Japanese horn sharks, and wrasse feeding scenes make it a vibrant, exciting site.
This site hosts catsharks, basking sharks, frilled shrimp, Pikachu sea slugs, and blue anglerfish, accessible via a 1.5-hour Shinkansen trip from Tokyo.
