Usami Kagone
Kagone in Usami, Shizuoka, is a beginner-friendly boat dive site where white sand contrasts beautifully with the blue sea. At 18m, the sandy bottom teems with macro life, including Datura goby symbiosis, nudibranchs, and crustaceans. Green turtles and sharks like catsharks and cirripedes can be seen year-round.
Kagone hosts macro life like dart goby–teppoebi pairs, nudibranchs, frogfish, and crustaceans, plus year-round catsharks and cirripedes, and winter–spring hawksbill turtles.
